Both shows will definitely, definitely be on in my house. I won't be watching them, but Mandy will be trying to while I talk incessantly at her about Superman.

We usually fall out around halfway through Holby and watch the last half in sulky silence.

Congratulations Paul - hope you have a great evening!

Have you finalised your plan to get on the 'news update' as well, so as to provide uninterrupted you for 90 minutes?
From what I've seen recently, one sure-fire way to get all cameras on you is to attack an RBS front window, but I don't really think that's the way to go.
Nice to meet you the other night, sorry we didn't get to chat more!

I have to say it's a brilliant episode, Paul. I watched it at the weekend. Can't believe you got to introduce Syed into the show!

Thank you, guys.

Sorry to be so blatantly self-promoting, but no-one else was about to do it for me...

Tom - drop me a line (paul dot campbell 4 at btinternet dot com). We should grab a coffee some time in The Glades.

John - and you.

Kris - Oh, you've given it all away now! ;-) Actually most of the listings seem to have described this episode as "Zainab meets Syed", which rather ruins the tension - that as my "can you hear the drums?" moment.

Great stuff! I've been dying to watch your episode of Eastenders since I first discovered your blog! I watched your last Doctors episode (Widow to Be) and enjoyed that... and I'm not even a fan of Doctors! Eastenders on the other hand...

I'll be watching Holby too!

You should be on the news update anyway - what with having 2 shows on, one after the other! Not many people have accomplished that I bet! ;)

Excellent work! Really enjoyed your Eastenders episode tonight - getting to write dialogue for June Brown, how fantastic!

Even though it's 6 months since that episode with Tom and Ric was broadcast, I remember it vividly. Absolutely cracking show! Hope to see more Holby episodes from you in the future.
