Ayesha gets frustrated when she isn't allowed to leave work to see her mother, while Ruhma worries about Shak. Heston isn't allowed to see Ruhma before they get married, and Rob asks new recruit PC Watson to check up on a protest.
But, much more interestingly than the official BBC blurb above, this episode actually contains some real actual medicine as once experienced by me.
The Epley Manoeuvre was performed on me by a doctor at the Princess Royal Hospital, and instantly cured me of my benign paroxysmal positional vertigo. If none of that makes sense, you'll just have to watch it to find out what I'm going on about.
Tomorrow, Thursday 30th June, 13:45 on BBC1, and on iPlayer thereafter.
Enjoy.
